We created PACEHouston.com aka PACE Building Efficiency to help bring PACE to Houston and many other Texas markets and to help property owners access this powerful financing tool. We facilitated the first-ever office building PACE project in the state and have helped many property owners evaluate their building’s energy efficiency and PACE financing. The Mayor’s office has recommended us to property owners wanting to improve their energy efficiency.
